A very simple and easy asian style dish to make for the kids using fresh ingredients you chose yourself. When you know what you put in, you know what the kids get out of it.
- 300g beef (small steaks or any nice clean cut)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 onion
- ½ cup grates zucchini
- ½ cup grated carrot
- couple florrets broccoli
- Put rice on.
- Dice onion and fry gently in the wok or frying pan.
- Add the small-chunk cut beef and brown, and then the soy sauce, sugar and grated veg.
- Mix up well, place the broccoli on the top and then put the lid on for 5 minutes.
