Such an easy meal to throw together for the kids, and add whatever vegetables you have lying around that the kids will gobble up. Healthy and simple.
- 2 cups dry pasta
- half a zucchini grated
- 1 carrot grated
- small tin corn
- 2-3 tbsp cream cheese
- Boil pasta on stove, and while boiling microwave the grated veg for 2 minutes to soften.
- Drain veg, drain pasta, put all ingredients into the warm saucepan and stir through.
