One of those funny old recipes that take me back to childhood is this – chocolate crackles. Like any excuse be it party celebration or cake stall, they were present.
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250g copha
- Chop up the copha and melt on low heat on the stove, allow to cool a little.
- In another bowl mix the Rice Bubbles, icing sugar and cocoa, and when the copha is cool enough then mix it through thoroughly.
- Refrigerate until set, between 1-2 hours.
