Corned Beef Stew

This is one of those chop it all up and throw it all into the slow cooker overnight type of recipes. Corned beef stew is nice and easy, warm and wintery.

Corned Beef Stew

Ingredients
  • 500g + Corned Beef or Silverside
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • small bunch of beans
  • half a green capsicum
  • 1 cup diced pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
Method
  1. Dice beef into small pieces, peel and chop veggies.
  2. Throw it all in the slow cooker with the sauces, tomato and water and mix it up.
  3. Put it on as you go to bed (or before) and let it cook over night.
