Macaroni Cheese

A golden classic, no one can argue with mac and cheese! Make it your way, add vegetables for extra pizzazz or dump the white sauce for an easier meal.

  • 2 cups Macaroni or other pasta, elbows, penne, any is fine
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  1. Boil pasta, drain and pop back into saucepan.
  2. While pasta is cooking make white sauce.
  3. Add cheese & white sauce, stir.
SNEAKY HINT: If you’re really lacking time and energy, use twice the cheese instead of the white sauce and it will melt into the hot drained pasta creating a creamy pasta.
HEALTHY HINT: Add any veggies to the mix – peas, carrot, corn or pumpkin, just boil or steam them first before adding to the final mix.
