Pork, Pear and Rice Rissoles

Here’s a fab gluten free recipe which would work well with either meatballs, rissoles or burgers. The combination of pork and pear is so lovely, the kids love it.

Pork, Pear and Rice Rissoles

  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 pear peeled and cored
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1½ cups cooked rice
  1. Best to cook the rice the day before, it’s easier to work with.
  2. Blend the onion, garlic and pear until in very small chunks.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and shape rissoles about a handful size patty.
  4. Pop under the grill for about 15 minutes, best to flatten them a little so they cook through.
