Sandwich Fillings

The good old sandwich huh? There are so many ways to make the perfect filling for each individual, it becomes more of an art than lunch making.

  • CheeseSandwich Fillings
  • Vegemite and Cheese
  • Vegemite with Lettuce
  • Vegemite with Tomato
  • Vegemite with Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato and lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Sausage and tomato sauce
  • Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato (good ol’ BLT)
  • Chutney and chick peas/lentils
  • Salad (lettuce, carrot, cucumber and tomato)
  • Cheese and carrot
  • Schnitzel and lettuce
  • Apple and Cheese
  • Egg and mayonnaise
  • Ham, cheese and tomato
  • Chicken, lettuce and mayo
  • Beef and lettuce/tomato with cucumber
  • Steak sandwiches (with cooked onion if desired)
  • Tuna or Salmon with Lettuce
  • Meatballs or Rissoles
  • Banana
  • Curry (from leftovers – mild for the kids)
  • Try Toasted (or grilled) sandwiches
  • Rolls, wraps, Pita pockets, Chapati, Lebanese bread or Jatz
  • Rice Thins or Corn Thins are always good for a change too
  • Traditional Spreads such as  Vegemite, Jam, Honey, Peanut Butter etc – why not try combos?
