Smokey Fish in White Sauce

An easy way to cook up a lovely fish dish for the kids, and cross those Omega 3s off the to do list. Plain or smokey flavoured fish would work, and go with seasonal vegetables.

Smokey Fish in White Sauce

Serves: 3

  • small fillet of smoked cod
  • small fillet of salmon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Melt butter in a pan and dice the fish into chunks.
  2. Fry the fish gently for a couple of minutes, add flour and mix through until flour is 'cooked'.
  3. Slowly add milk and stir through. Served on mashed veg.
