An easy way to cook up a lovely fish dish for the kids, and cross those Omega 3s off the to do list. Plain or smokey flavoured fish would work, and go with seasonal vegetables.
- small fillet of smoked cod
- small fillet of salmon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- Melt butter in a pan and dice the fish into chunks.
- Fry the fish gently for a couple of minutes, add flour and mix through until flour is 'cooked'.
- Slowly add milk and stir through. Served on mashed veg.
