This is my personal go to dish when there is no fresh meat or veg for dinner. So quick, so easy, no preparation, only 10 minutes cooking.
- 2 cups dry pasta
- 95g tin tuna in springwater or brine (or any flavoured ones work)
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 110g tin corn (kernels or creamed)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Boil pasta and drain, put back on stove but turn heat off.
- Add cheese and stir until melted, add drained tuna, corn, and mayo and stir. Voila!
