Tuna Pasta

This is my personal go to dish when there is no fresh meat or veg for dinner. So quick, so easy, no preparation, only 10 minutes cooking.

  • 2 cups dry pasta
  • 95g tin tuna in springwater or brine (or any flavoured ones work)
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 110g tin corn (kernels or creamed)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  1. Boil pasta and drain, put back on stove but turn heat off.
  2. Add cheese and stir until melted, add drained tuna, corn, and mayo and stir. Voila!
